Hours of Operation

My hours of operation are Tuesday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Out of office Friday - Monday.

Humble & Brine is closed on the following holidays.

  • January 1-2 - New Year's (Observed)

  • January 16 - Martin Luther King Day

  • May __ - Memorial Day

  • July 4 - Independence Day

  • August 19 - Wedding Anniversary

  • September 4 - Labor Day

  • October 21 - Owner’s Birthday

  • November __ - Veteran's Day (Observed)

  • November 21 - 25 - Thanksgiving Vacation

  • December 23 - 31 - Christmas Vacation


Confidentiality Policy

I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. I take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords and personal information are kept private and I use the highest level of internet security. Additional confidentiality measures are outlined in our agreement. You can find more details about my confidentiality policy in your service agreement.


Communication

Form of Contact

Main communication with client related to project will be handled via email. This keeps all pertinent information easily accessible and retrievable. Text may be used for scheduling communication and for brief quick-response organizing inquiries.

Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and text messaging (with exception to the above) is not an accepted form of communication and is not to be used when doing business with Humble & Brine.

Response Time

Humble & Brine will respond within 24-48 hours of client needs and concerns during normal business hours, Tuesday-Thursday, only when received via email. Delays in response times from the client when the contractor is awaiting details will cause delays in the timeliness of service fulfillment and may result in project delays.

Contact Person

Due to the complexity of In-Home Organizing, the contractor will primarily communicate with the primary decision maker during this project.

Client Meetings

During the scheduled time of the call I will wait for your arrival for 5 minutes. After I've waited 5 minutes, it is company policy to document you as a no show and the meeting must be rescheduled. Rescheduled calls will delay the timeliness of your project completion.
